Businesses start and fail at an increasingly alarming rate. It is reported that approximately 96% of businesses fail within the first ten years of their existence and the number is on the rise. Further research reveals that the reason for the high business failure rate is the disregard of the laws that makes for business success.
Laws are immutable, laws are statements of facts; tested and proven to the effect that a particular phenomenon occurs if certain conditions are present. Laws are recognized principles with predictable outcomes. Just as there are laws that regulate the society, there are laws that guide the business community if success will be achieved.
